About this product

T-RV100-G31 / 12V RV HOUSE-POWER PLATFORM

G31 Enclosure Planning for a 100Ah RV House Battery

Specify a defined energy budget and a model-specific enclosure together. TUORDE T-RV100-G31 pairs a proposed 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 configuration with a G31 target housing for Class B, Class C and travel trailer house-battery projects. Its 1.28kWh nominal energy provides a calculation basis for load planning; usable energy and runtime require configuration-specific evaluation.

G31 is the model platform reference. Confirm physical Group 31 fit and the selected configuration’s electrical ratings before ordering or installation.

Start With Your Available Installation Envelope

TARGET LENGTH

330 mm

TARGET WIDTH

172 mm

TARGET HEIGHT

216 mm

Target enclosure: 330 × 172 × 216 mm (L × W × H), subject to the approved mechanical drawing. These values do not confirm drop-in fit.

Check tray retention, the compartment lid and the complete terminal/cable envelope. M8, M10, SAE or dual-terminal arrangements are configurable requests, not interchangeable connections; confirm polarity, connector access and cable reach for the selected build.

Use the Group 31 fit guide and RV battery size comparison. For a different 100Ah enclosure target, review the T-RV100-G27 platform.

Electrical Configuration & Release Checks

Supplied planning data for T-RV100-G31. Nominal energy is not a measured usable-capacity result; current and connection targets require validation.

Plan the House Loads, Then Confirm the Charging System

Class B / Camper Vans
Review the battery bay, daily DC consumption and the solar/DC-DC charging arrangement together.
Class C Motorhomes
Evaluate simultaneous onboard loads and inverter start-up demand against approved BMS limits.
Travel Trailers
Match lighting, pumps, ventilation and other selected house loads to the available energy budget and charging opportunities.

Charging review: confirm converter/charger voltage settings, maximum charge current and alternator integration. This supplied configuration has no self-heating; verify low-temperature charging protection and the approved temperature limits. It is not specified for engine starting.

Check the RV charging and compatibility guide before a lead-acid-to-lithium upgrade.

Define the Monitoring Build for Your Battery Line

Specify voltage, current and temperature protection for the approved P100 build. Bluetooth app access and CAN / RS485 equipment integration are separate configuration choices; confirm protocol and connected-equipment requirements.

Selected TUORDE configurations may support runtime prediction, abnormal drain alerts, battery-health insights and One-Tap Smart Troubleshooting. The supplied CORE-STD-P100 row does not establish those functions or communication interfaces as standard. Availability depends on the selected BMS hardware, firmware, software and integration.

Review Smart BMS & AI RV Battery Technology when defining the feature list. Guided troubleshooting supports diagnosis; it does not perform automatic battery repair.

An OEM Review With Clear Approval Gates

For RV manufacturers, distributors and private-label brands, agree the configuration before fixing packaging artwork or an evaluation order.

  1. Mechanical approval: housing, terminals, retaining hardware, service clearance and packaging study.
  2. Electrical validation: final BMS limits, peak duration, charging, temperature protection and any series/parallel arrangement.
  3. Feature definition: monitoring, communication, customer labels, packaging and documentation.
  4. Market documentation: UN38.3 / FCC scope and optional UL route as applicable. Certification attainment is not confirmed by this planning row; request the relevant model documents.

G31 Configuration Questions

Does a G31 battery automatically provide more runtime than G27?

No. Battery group references describe a physical platform, not a fixed Ah rating. This G31 configuration is 12.8V 100Ah, or 1.28kWh nominal energy. Compare actual capacity, usable energy and load conditions rather than assuming a runtime advantage from the group name.

Will the 330 × 172 × 216 mm enclosure fit my existing tray?

These are target dimensions for mechanical validation. Confirm the approved housing drawing, terminals, retaining hardware, cable reach, polarity and service clearance before treating it as a compatible replacement.

Can I select an inverter from the 100A / 200A figures?

These are discharge design targets, not validated release ratings. Inverter selection requires approved continuous and peak limits, peak duration, efficiency, load start-up behavior, cabling and protection. Do not choose an inverter from Ah capacity alone.

Can I use four batteries in series or parallel?

4S / 4P is a design target requiring BMS and system validation. Do not install that arrangement until the selected battery configuration, protection, charging and communication topology have been approved.
