Capacity and physical fit do not establish electrical compatibility. Use the exact model drawings, operating limits and charging instructions. Marine house-power and off-grid upgrades follow the lead-acid replacement guide.

03 / REVIEW MONITORING & INTEGRATION

Turn Battery Data into Useful Decisions

Operating Status & Runtime

See SOC, voltage, current and temperature, with remaining-time estimates that update as energy demand changes.

Abnormal Drain Detection

Identify unusual consumption patterns and investigate loads that reduce available parking or house-power time.

Health & Guided Troubleshooting

Track battery-health trends and use One-Tap Smart Troubleshooting to identify abnormal conditions and follow guided checks.

Communication & Integration

Connect battery data to the user or host equipment through supported Bluetooth, CAN or RS485 configurations.

Features are matched to the selected model, BMS hardware, firmware, app and connected equipment. Heating is configuration-specific; truck starting reserve and 4G remote-preheating options require the agreed hardware and vehicle integration. Guided troubleshooting supports diagnosis and does not repair the battery.

04 / CHECK THE ENGINEERING SCOPE

Engineering Evidence & Case Studies

Model-Specific Validation

ST125 / ST150 / ST230: request available starting, parking-load, reserve and charging records for the selected configuration.

RV Battery Engineering Documentation
For the 100Ah Group 24, 200Ah H8 and 280Ah MINI platforms, request the latest model-specific datasheets, mechanical drawings, operating limits and available validation records.

For T-RV100-G24, check the current model-specific datasheet and drawing to confirm the selected configuration, installation dimensions and operating limits.

Request Documents

Custom Battery Engineering

Explore M2000, T44, MT100, X300 and Z245 projects for pack architecture, BMS, thermal design and vehicle integration.

The published briefs describe their own traction-battery applications. They do not establish ST-series starting performance or RV finished-battery ratings.

View Battery Engineering Case Studies

For App evidence, request a demonstration identifying the battery model, BMS / firmware, app version and test conditions. Technology-page interfaces include illustrative values; they are not model-specific test reports.

05 / MOVE THE PROJECT FORWARD

From Requirements to Production Approval

  1. 01

    Requirements

Define application, voltage, loads, charging, space and market.

  2. 02

    Engineering Review

Agree the model, interfaces, drawings and validation scope.

  3. 03

    Sample Validation

Check the sample in the intended system against agreed acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Production Approval

Approve the configuration, findings, artwork and document revision.

Project scope and commercial terms are agreed for the selected configuration. Include the model / revision and destination market when requesting documents.

06 / SOLUTION QUESTIONS

Battery Solution Questions

How do truck starting batteries differ from RV house batteries?

Truck starting and parking batteries address engine-starting current as well as parked loads. RV house batteries are selected for onboard energy and sustained or inverter loads. An RV house-battery rating does not establish engine-starting capability.

What information is needed for battery selection?

Provide the application and project type, system voltage, loads and operating hours, starting demand where relevant, charging equipment, installation dimensions, temperature range, country and expected quantity. Include a preferred model or request a recommendation.

Can I keep the existing charging equipment?

Share the converter, charger, solar controller and alternator details. Compare their voltage profile, current limits and controls with the selected battery instructions. The review determines which equipment can remain, needs settings changed or requires replacement or an added interface.

What can TUORDE customize for an OEM program?

The scope can include housing, capacity, BMS settings, monitoring and app options, communication interfaces, terminals, labels, packaging and manuals. Agree the supported configuration and engineering changes through the OEM / ODM review.

What should a sample validate?

Check fit, charging, load response, protection and recovery, temperature behavior and agreed monitoring or communication. Truck projects also require starting and parking-reserve checks. Record the sample model and revision, test conditions, findings and acceptance criteria before production approval.

07 / DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Start with Your Battery Project Requirements

Send your project type (Truck / RV / Lead-Acid Replacement / OEM), voltage, loads, charging equipment, installation space, country and expected quantity. Include a preferred model and any document or demonstration request.

On the Contact page, enter your project type in Project Requirements so the team can route your brief.
