Starting Power and Parking Energy
Engine Starting
Match the vehicle starting demand to the battery current rating and required duration. Review cold-weather requirements and charging control before selecting a lithium replacement.
Deep-Cycle Parking Power
Supply compatible sleeper-cabin and auxiliary loads while parked. Calculate the load demand and expected operating time with allowance for conversion losses and the configured starting reserve.

Smart BMS, AI Insights & 4G Remote Preheating
Combine battery protection and starting reserve control with remote heating and configuration-specific battery insights.
Starting Energy Reserve
The default 10% SOC reserve limits normal discharge to help retain energy for the next engine start.
4G Remote Preheating
Send battery heating commands through the 4G module before cold-weather operation, subject to the installed heating hardware, network service and permitted operating conditions.
BMS Protection & Monitoring
Monitor cell voltage, pack voltage, current, temperature and SOC, with passive cell balancing and configured voltage, current and temperature protection.
Communication & AI Options
RS485 supports battery data integration. Bluetooth, CAN and AI functions—including runtime estimates, abnormal drain alerts, battery health insights and guided diagnostics—depend on the selected hardware and software.
Feature availability depends on the ordered battery, BMS hardware, firmware, software and vehicle integration. Guided diagnostics do not perform automatic battery repair.

Installation and Charging Review
- Use the approved ST125 mechanical drawing to check tray dimensions, retaining hardware, terminal clearance and cable reach.
- Keep the positive terminal isolated from vehicle metalwork. Verify polarity, cable sizing, fusing and secure mounting.
- Review alternator and charger compatibility, charging voltage and current limits. Do not assume drop-in compatibility or series/parallel capability.
- Set the parked-load shutdown voltage above 24.4V in accordance with the approved installation instructions.
- Follow the model-specific temperature and heating instructions. BMS protection thresholds are not a substitute for approved cell charging limits.
Installation and commissioning should be performed by qualified personnel. Do not disable protection functions for routine operation. Request the current model manual and approved settings before installation.

24V 125Ah Truck Battery FAQ
Is this a 24V or 25.6V truck battery?
ST125 is an 8S LiFePO4 battery with a nominal voltage of 25.6V, intended for compatible 24V vehicle systems. Confirm charging equipment, wiring and vehicle requirements before installation.
What does the 1200A peak current mean?
ST125 has a specified peak current of 1200A for 1 second. This is not a CCA rating and does not establish compatibility with every engine. Review the required starting current, duration and temperature conditions with TUORDE engineers.
How much energy does the 125Ah battery store?
Nominal energy is 25.6V × 125Ah = 3200Wh, or approximately 3.20kWh. Usable energy and runtime depend on connected loads, temperature, conversion losses and reserve or protection settings.
How does the starting energy reserve work?
A default reserve setting of 10% SOC limits normal discharge to help retain energy for engine starting. Vehicle load control must support the agreed reserve strategy. A reserve setting does not guarantee a successful start under every condition.
Does ST125 support 4G remote preheating and smart monitoring?
ST125 supports battery heating commands through a 4G module and includes one RS485 interface. Heating and monitoring functions depend on the delivered hardware, network service and configured software. Bluetooth, CAN and AI monitoring options must be agreed for the ordered configuration.
Can TUORDE provide ST125 as a private-label battery?
TUORDE supports OEM and private-label discussions covering branding, labels, packaging, BMS settings and communication requirements. Share your vehicle application, integration needs and expected quantity to define the final configuration.
