03 / ENGINEERING & BATTERY INTELLIGENCE
Product development connects battery performance, protection logic and system integration. Validation requirements are agreed against the selected model and intended operating conditions.
Charge and discharge behavior, capacity and voltage stability are evaluated against the selected battery specification.
Reviews cover cell voltage and temperature monitoring, protection settings and operating limits for the battery design.
Protocol requirements, data mapping and compatible CAN or RS485 equipment are checked for the intended system.
Housing dimensions, terminals, mounting, cable clearance and charging requirements are reviewed before integration.
Selected configurations support Bluetooth monitoring, CAN/RS485 communication, runtime prediction, abnormal drain alerts, battery health insights and One-Tap Smart Troubleshooting. Available functions depend on the battery model, BMS hardware, firmware, software and system integration. Guided diagnostics identify abnormal conditions and support troubleshooting; they do not perform physical battery repair.
