460Ah / 12V HOUSE-POWER PLATFORM
Build Around One High-Capacity Pack
A 460Ah LiFePO4 battery for projects where daily energy demand has outgrown a smaller 12V house battery. TUORDE combines a Group 8D-format enclosure with a 250A BMS for compatible RV, auxiliary-power and off-grid systems.
For RV builders, conversion specialists, battery distributors and private-label brands.

01 / ENERGY ARCHITECTURE
Choose Capacity and Load Capability Separately
A single 460Ah pack can reduce the inter-battery links needed in a bank of smaller packs. Check its footprint and service access before choosing the single-pack approach.
Energy budget: 12.8V × 460Ah gives 5,888Wh nominal. Plan usable energy around the permitted discharge range, temperature and conversion losses.
Load budget: the 250A continuous limit applies to combined battery-side current. The nominal 3,200W DC calculation does not guarantee 3,200W of AC output; inverter efficiency and surge demand still matter.
Electrical Configuration
| Chemistry / nominal voltage | LiFePO4 / 12.8V |
| Rated capacity / nominal energy | 460Ah / 5,888Wh |
| BMS rating | 250A |
| Continuous charge / discharge | 250A maximum / 250A maximum |
| Charge method / voltage | CC/CV / 14.4V ± 0.2V |
| Recommended charging current | 92A (0.2C) |

Check mounting strength, hold-downs, lifting access, terminal protection and cable-bend clearance. Group 8D is a format reference; approve the mechanical drawing against your compartment.
Review charger compatibility, solar-controller settings and the alternator charging interface using our RV installation compatibility guide. Include cable sizing and independent overcurrent protection in the system review.
03 / PROJECT CONFIGURATION
Define the Application, Then the Options
RV and off-grid: house loads and energy storage with a compatible LiFePO4 charging system. Truck auxiliary power: parking loads with an approved charging interface. This model is not specified for engine starting.
This listed configuration has no Bluetooth or self-heating. Specify communication, monitoring and winter-charging requirements when requesting an engineered variant. Charging below 0°C is outside the listed operating range; confirm the required low-temperature protection thresholds.
For OEM and private-label projects, discuss branding, labels, packaging and the configuration required by your installation.

Before You Order
One 460Ah pack or several smaller batteries?
Compare available space, handling, cable routing and service access. The right choice depends on the installation, not capacity alone.
Does the 8D format guarantee a direct replacement?
Confirm the full drawing, terminal position, mounting and charging system. The size designation alone does not establish fit.
Can the bank be expanded later?
Expansion requires approval of matched models, condition, state of charge, wiring, protection and charger settings.
Need a different capacity or case size? Compare the 12V lead-acid replacement range.
