MARINE DEEP-CYCLE · BLUETOOTH MONITORING
Know Your Battery Before You Leave the Dock
TUORDE’s 12V 100Ah Plus Smart LiFePO4 battery pairs 1.28kWh of nominal energy with Bluetooth monitoring and low-temperature charging protection for compatible trolling motors and electric outboards.
For marine equipment distributors, boat-system integrators and private-label battery projects. Request a quotation with your motor voltage, controller current and installation requirements.
Power Delivery That Accounts for Motor Loads
Motor selection requires more than an Ah comparison. Match the normal operating load to the 100A BMS rating, and evaluate acceleration and transient loads against their permitted durations. The 150A rating applies for 180 seconds; it is not an unlimited continuous-discharge rating.
Deep-cycle use only: this configuration is not an engine-starting battery. A short peak-current rating does not establish CCA or cranking suitability.

Confirm the supplied TUORDE configuration, mechanical drawing and acceptance specifications in the quotation before ordering. Nominal energy is a voltage × capacity calculation; usable energy depends on load, temperature and protection settings.
Monitoring, Cold-Weather Protection & Installation
Check battery status through Bluetooth
Use the matched application to review battery operating information and supported discharge controls. Confirm the application, firmware and available data with the supplied configuration. Bluetooth is local connectivity; it does not imply 4G remote access, AI diagnostics, CAN or RS485.
Protect charging when the battery is cold
Low-temperature cutoff blocks charging under the specified threshold. It does not warm the cells. This version has no self-heating function; allow the battery to return to its permitted charging temperature.
Plan the complete marine electrical system
Check motor/controller compatibility, cable size, overcurrent protection, terminal polarity and secure mounting. IP65 does not mean suitable for submersion. Keep terminals protected from water exposure. Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger and disable lead-acid equalization or desulfation modes.
For series or parallel banks, obtain configuration approval before connection. Bank design, balancing requirements and permitted expansion must match the supplied BMS and installation manual.
Specify Your Marine Battery Project
Send your motor model, operating voltage, current profile, battery compartment dimensions, destination market and estimated quantity. TUORDE can review the requested branding, labels, terminal arrangement and packaging as part of an OEM quotation. Certification documents, warranty terms, lead time and supplied accessories must be confirmed for the ordered model.

Marine Battery Questions
Can this battery start an engine?
No. This model is intended for deep-cycle power, not engine cranking.
How long will a 100Ah battery run my motor?
Runtime depends on actual current draw and available capacity. For planning, divide usable Ah by average amperage, then allow for temperature, load variation and the BMS cutoff. No fixed on-water runtime is guaranteed.
Is it a universal Group 31 replacement?
No. Compare the complete enclosure, terminals, mounting and electrical ratings with your installation. A size designation alone does not establish compatibility.
Are the charger and communication accessories included?
Confirm the quotation’s scope of supply. Chargers, application access and accessories should not be assumed from a product image.
