12V 100Ah Mini Group 22NF Bluetooth LiFePO4 Battery

About this product

MINI 100Ah · GROUP 22NF SIZE REFERENCE · BLUETOOTH 5.0

Make Room for Power in a Smaller Battery Bay

TUORDE’s 12V 100Ah Mini Bluetooth LiFePO4 battery brings 1.28kWh of nominal energy into an approximately 229 × 138 × 208mm enclosure. At approximately 8.68kg, it is a compact deep-cycle option for projects where battery space and handling weight matter.

Specify it for compatible campervan auxiliary systems, small-boat electrical loads and compact off-grid installations. The 100A BMS and Bluetooth monitoring provide a clear electrical and monitoring configuration for distributors, installers and private-label brands.

Three Checks Before Choosing the Mini Format

  1. Measure the complete installation. Check enclosure length, width and height plus terminal covers, cable bends, retaining hardware and lid clearance. Group 22NF is a size reference, not proof that every tray or application fits.
  2. Keep the load within the electrical envelope. A compact case does not change the need to size sustained loads and short surges correctly. Include inverter losses and operating voltage when calculating DC current.
  3. Plan a secure mounting position. Confirm the allowed mounting orientation in the supplied manual. Keep service access and terminals protected; do not infer installation approval from the shape of the case.

Check Battery Status Locally

Bluetooth 5.0 supports a matched monitoring application for battery information such as SOC, voltage, current, temperature and cycle count. Confirm available measurements and discharge controls with the supplied app and firmware. A Bluetooth connection is local; it is not a 4G remote-management service.

This configuration includes low-temperature charging protection, not self-heating. Charging is blocked below 0°C and recovers at 5°C or above; discharging is blocked below −20°C. Warm the battery into the permitted charging range before charging.

Documentation and supply termsConfirm TUORDE model-specific compliance documents, warranty and accessories in the quotation

Use the final TUORDE datasheet, mechanical drawing and acceptance specifications for procurement. Nominal energy and DC power are voltage-based calculations; they do not guarantee usable energy, AC inverter output or runtime. Reference cycle figures require confirmed test conditions and are not warranty terms.

Choose by Application, Then Confirm Integration

Campervan and trailer auxiliary power

Review refrigeration, lighting, pumps and electronics as a combined load profile. The Mini format can be evaluated where a larger battery enclosure is difficult to accommodate, but physical fit and charging compatibility must both be checked.

Small-boat and compact off-grid systems

For marine motor loads, confirm controller voltage, normal current, acceleration demand and surge duration. For portable or solar projects, use a suitable enclosure, mounting arrangement and charge controller. IP65 is not a submersion rating.

Deep-cycle energy, not engine starting

This battery is not specified for engine cranking. The 500A one-second limit is a short pulse rating, not CCA. Do not select an inverter from the 1,280W nominal DC figure alone.

Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger and disable lead-acid equalization or desulfation. Review alternator charging through a suitable DC-DC interface, along with cable size, independent overcurrent protection and terminal polarity. Series or parallel banks require matched batteries and approved balancing and wiring procedures.

Prepare your installation review with the RV battery compatibility checklist. Compare other case sizes in the 12V lead-acid replacement battery collection.

Plan Your Compact Battery Project

Send your available battery space, load profile, charging equipment, target market and estimated quantity. Request a configuration review covering app support, terminals, branding, labels and packaging. CAN, RS485, AI insights or heating require separate confirmation and are not standard features of this Bluetooth listing.

Mini Bluetooth Battery Questions

Is this a Group 24 battery?

No. This listing uses a smaller Group 22NF enclosure reference. Compare the actual mechanical drawing rather than treating the formats as interchangeable.

Does it heat itself in freezing conditions?

No. Low-temperature cutoff protects charging but does not warm the cells.

How do I estimate runtime?

Divide usable battery energy by the average load, allowing for inverter losses, reserve capacity and temperature. The nominal 1,280Wh rating is not measured usable energy.

Are a charger and app accessories included?

Confirm the quotation’s scope of supply. Do not assume a charger, cables or communication accessories are included from the product image.
