Why choose a single 24V battery?

A conventional 24V bank may use two 12.8V 100Ah batteries connected in series. This pack provides the same nominal voltage and energy in one enclosure, removing the external series jumper between those two batteries. For installers and equipment builders, that means fewer inter-battery connections to route, label and inspect.

Series connection increases voltage, not Ah capacity. Both arrangements have equivalent nominal energy; actual usable output depends on operating limits, temperature and system losses.

Choose it for the load, then check the installation

• 24V RV house and auxiliary systems: supply compatible inverters, lighting and DC equipment. Existing 12V circuits need an appropriately rated 24V-to-12V converter.
• Solar and off-grid storage: pair with a 24V LiFePO4-compatible charge controller and inverter. Review both charging limits and load surge current.
• Compatible 24V trolling motors: assess motor continuous current, start-up demand, mounting and environmental exposure before selecting the battery.
• OEM equipment and private-label projects: define the enclosure fit, terminal access, labels, packaging and required technical documents with the quotation.

Application boundary: this model is a deep-cycle energy battery. It is not an engine-starting or truck cranking battery. It is not a direct replacement for a 12V supply, and traction or golf-cart use needs a separately approved battery configuration.

24V 100Ah Technical Specifications

Battery power is a DC reference, not an AC inverter rating. Allow for inverter losses, operating voltage and start-up surge. Confirm the supplied drawing, mounting clearances and final order specification before installation.

Design the charging and protection around 24V

1. Match the charger: use a 24V LiFePO4 charging profile within the specified voltage range. Disable lead-acid equalization or desulfation routines.
2. Size the whole circuit: select cables, fuses, isolators and terminal connections for the actual load and installation. The BMS does not replace external circuit protection.
3. Plan for cold weather: discharge capability below freezing does not mean charging below freezing is permitted. This configuration has no self-heater or low-temperature charge cutoff.
4. Check the enclosure fit: reserve space beyond the stated dimensions for terminals, cable bends, restraint and servicing. Do not infer a BCI or DIN group fit from the capacity.

Expand capacity with a defined bank design

Supported expansion is up to four in parallel and two in series (4P2S), using eight matched packs at most. Four parallel packs form a nominal 25.6V 400Ah / 10.24kWh bank; a full 4P2S bank is nominally 51.2V 400Ah / 20.48kWh. Use batteries with matching specifications and follow the approved connection, balancing, charging and protection instructions. Review the complete bank design before installation.

Questions buyers should settle before ordering

Can this replace two 12V 100Ah batteries?

It can provide the same nominal voltage, capacity and energy as two 12.8V 100Ah batteries in series. Mechanical fit, charge settings and load compatibility still need to be checked; it does not replace a 12V parallel bank without redesigning the system.

Can I use the standard model with the TUORDE smart app?

This configuration does not include Bluetooth or app monitoring. If remote monitoring or a different BMS interface is required, specify it as a separate engineering requirement in your inquiry.
