200Ah LiFePO4 Power for Height-Constrained RV Installations
Built around a 353 × 175 × 190 mm approved enclosure, T-RV200-H8 is a 12.8V 200Ah LiFePO4 RV house battery for European motorhome and caravan house-power systems. It pairs 2.56kWh nominal energy with a P200 CORE BMS design, helping OEM buyers evaluate available height, cable clearance and electrical demand together.

Why Evaluate the H8 Platform?
190mm enclosure height: evaluate available vertical space while allowing for terminal covers, cable bends and mounting hardware.
2.56kWh nominal energy: plan the daily energy budget for lighting, pumps, refrigeration and other compatible house loads.
P200 load matching: review 200A continuous / 400A peak approved discharge ratings against your RV’s sustained and surge demand.
Connection options: specify M8, M10, SAE or dual terminals to suit the reviewed cable and mounting arrangement.
For an H8 / LN5 replacement, verify vehicle-specific mounting, polarity and terminal clearance against the selected model drawing.

Confirm the complete drawing rather than relying on the H8 designation or Ah rating. Use the RV Lithium Battery Compatibility Guide to prepare the fit review.
Use the current model-specific pack specification for peak duration, protection settings and thermal limits.
Use this platform for RV house-power evaluation. Match simultaneous loads and inverter surge to validated pack ratings, cables, fuses and disconnects. Engine-starting capability is not specified.
This CORE-STD build has no self-heating. Confirm low-temperature charge protection, charging voltage and maximum charge current before integrating a converter, solar controller or alternator/DC-DC charger.
12.8V × 200Ah = 2,560Wh nominal energy. Actual runtime depends on load, usable SOC, temperature and conversion losses.

Housing & packaging
Model-specific fit review
Approve enclosure drawing, retention features, terminal clearance and packaging. Use the approved housing drawing; any custom tooling needs separate review.
Electrical & thermal limits
Continuous and peak operating limits
Use the approved pack limits for continuous and peak discharge, peak duration and operating temperatures.
Charging & system integration
Refer to final approved charging specification
Confirm charger settings, maximum charge current, protection coordination and application loads.
Series / parallel
Only approved series/parallel arrangements
Use only series or parallel arrangements approved for the selected BMS and system.
Compliance documents
Planning references only
CE / RoHS / UN38.3; IEC optional according to scope. Issued documents and attained status are not confirmed.
Commercial release
Project-specific review
Confirm approved model revision, OEM scope, MOQ, pricing and delivery timing.
04 / SMART CONFIGURATION & OEM
Choose the Smart Functions and Branding Your RV Line Needs
Specify Bluetooth monitoring, CAN / RS485 integration, runtime prediction and battery-health functions against your RV system. Confirm availability for the selected BMS hardware, firmware and connected equipment; these are not assumed standard in the CORE build.
For European motorhome manufacturers, caravan integrators and battery brands, agree the terminal format, BMS parameters, brand labels, packaging and required documents as one configuration.
Does the 190mm height guarantee H8 / LN5 replacement fit?
No. Check the complete 353 × 175 × 190 mm approved model envelope, hold-down geometry, polarity, terminal covers and cable clearance against the approved drawing. Physical H8 / LN5 interchangeability is not universal; verify the specific installation drawing.
How should I use the 2.56kWh nominal energy rating?
Use 12.8V × 200Ah = 2,560Wh for preliminary energy planning. Allow for usable SOC, temperature and conversion losses; this is not measured usable energy or a runtime guarantee.
Does this H8 configuration include heating or smart communication?
The CORE-STD configuration has no self-heating. Bluetooth, CAN, RS485 and advanced monitoring require model-specific confirmation. The approved P200 configuration is rated 200A continuous and 400A peak discharge; confirm peak duration in the final datasheet.
What information is needed for an H8 OEM quotation or sample?
Share your compartment drawing, loads, charging architecture, climate, terminal requirements, quantity and sales market. TUORDE can then review installation fit, configuration, sample availability, pricing and timing.
