12V 100Ah Group 24 Bluetooth LiFePO4 RV Battery

About this product

COMPACT GROUP 24 · BLUETOOTH · LOW-TEMPERATURE PROTECTION

Compact House Power. A Clearer View of Your Battery.

TUORDE’s 12V 100Ah Group 24 Bluetooth LiFePO4 battery combines a compact enclosure, 1.28kWh of nominal energy and a 100A BMS for compatible RV house-power and off-grid installations. Local Bluetooth monitoring helps you check the battery before a trip and during everyday use.

For campervan upfitters, RV manufacturers, distributors and private-label brands specifying a compact deep-cycle battery. This version includes Bluetooth and cold-charge protection; it does not include self-heating.

Start with the Battery Bay

A compact battery is useful only when the complete installation fits. Begin with the 260 × 168 × 210mm approximate enclosure reference, then check the terminals, hold-down hardware, cable reach and space under the compartment lid against the final drawing.

Compact installation

Evaluate a Group 24 format for campervans, travel trailers and smaller house-battery bays. A group-size label is not a universal drop-in guarantee.

Manageable battery weight

Approximately 9.92kg per battery provides a practical starting point for installation and payload planning. Include cables, mounting and other equipment in the complete system weight.

Bluetooth Visibility Without a Heating Claim

Use the matched application to review supported battery operating information. Confirm app access, displayed measurements and available controls for the supplied firmware. Bluetooth is local connectivity, not 4G remote access.

Low-temperature protection blocks charging below the permitted threshold and allows recovery at the specified temperature. It does not warm the cells. CAN, RS485, AI runtime estimates and guided diagnostics require a separately confirmed configuration; they are not assumed standard here.

Confirm the supplied TUORDE datasheet and mechanical drawing before ordering. Nominal energy and DC power are calculated at nominal voltage; usable energy, runtime and output depend on load, temperature, operating voltage and protection settings. Reference cycle figures are not a service-life guarantee or warranty term.

Match Your Loads and Charging Equipment

House loads, not engine cranking

Plan lights, pumps, refrigeration and compatible electronics around the sustained current budget. Include inverter losses and surge duration. The 500A one-second limit does not establish CCA or engine-starting suitability; this is a deep-cycle configuration.

Charging that matches LiFePO4

Use a compatible charger or charge controller. Disable lead-acid equalization and desulfation modes. Solar panels require a suitable controller; alternator charging requires an appropriately controlled charging interface. Check cable ratings, independent overcurrent protection, polarity and secure mounting.

Expansion requires a bank design

Series or parallel operation requires matched batteries, balancing procedures and approved protection and wiring. IP65 does not permit submersion. Keep terminals protected and follow the supplied installation instructions.

Prepare your fit and electrical review with the RV battery compatibility guide. For project-specific communication requirements, review Smart BMS and monitoring options.

Group 24 Bluetooth Battery Questions

Is this the same as the CORE OEM platform?

This listing specifies the Bluetooth configuration with low-temperature protection. Other Group 24 platforms may use different BMS hardware, firmware or communication options; compare the actual configuration.

Does it include self-heating?

No. Cold-charge cutoff is a protection function, not a heating system.

How much runtime will 100Ah provide?

Estimate from usable Wh divided by average load watts, allowing for conversion losses and operating conditions. The 1,280Wh nominal rating does not guarantee a fixed runtime.

Can it replace every Group 24 lead-acid battery?

No. Confirm the full enclosure, terminals, mounting, electrical ratings and charging compatibility before replacement.
